MyCOM Users

MyCOM users can search the knowledge base, submit new tickets and review prior tickets.  Only prior tickets created with your MyCOM account will be listed.

Knowledge base

Solutions for Wireless/WIFI, Voicemail/Phone, Media(Classrooms, document cameras, projectors), MyCOM Portal issues, and Office 365(Outlook, OneDrive).  The Knowledge base is available to all users.

Guest Users

Guests can submit new tickets if answers are not found in the knowledge base.  MyCOM users are encouraged to login with their accounts, but can submit tickets as guests for critical issues.
