OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLDG 27 SMART CLASSROOM

GETTING STARTED:

1.PRESS “ON” BUTTON ONCE TO TURN PROJECTOR ON
Note: button will flash until projector lamp reaches full brightness.

WAIT FOR BUTTON TO STOP FLASHING, THEN:

2.SELECT YOUR SOURCE ON PANEL AND TURN CORRESPONDING EQUIPMENT ON:

“PC” TO DISPLAY LOCAL/BUILT IN COMPUTER
“LAPTOP” TO DISPLAY GUEST COMPUTER (Data cable on podium)
“DVD/VHS” FOR SHOWING A VIDEO
“AUX” FOR AUXILIARY SOURCE (Camcorder, Ipod etc.)

3.VOLUME:
ADJUST VOLUME UP/DOWN WITH VOLUME CONTROL ON PANEL.
Note: IPOD/AUDIO ONLY: DO NOT TURN POWER ON; JUST PLUG DEVICE INTO MINI CABLE ATTACHED TO VGA/LAPTOP CABLE AND SELECT LAPTOP

Troubleshooting:

Computer image does not project OR different image showing on screen?
1.Press the “WINDOWS” button and “P”, release, and then select “DUPLICATE”
2.Check that the proper input is selected

Check that the projector is on
