Adobe signs into student email instead of staff
All,
After consulting Adobe Support, the issue with Adobe Sign has been resolved. The problem occurred to there being two accounts linked to Vidhyah within adobe, which was the student and staff account. To rectify the problem, the Adobe ID with her mycom.marin.edu was deleted and the SSO username for her staff account was renamed. After which Vidhyah was able to sign in through mycom, access her account, and send a request for signatures successfully.
Key Points:
1. Vidhyah's student email was not deleted in AD. Only in the Adobe environment as it was preventing her from signing in to her staff account.
2. I deleted the personal account I created for her yesterday, as it wasn't authenticating when requesting e-signatures due to it not being a federated account.
3. Vidhyah's username was changed from vsevalviswam@marin.edu to vsevalviswam since it was identical to the student email. She can sign in just the same with vsevalviswam@marin.edu as normal. The change was for adobe to recognize the difference between the student and staff so she could access her license. It must remain this way for 30 days until the student account is purged from the adobe system.
4. Vidhyah now only has the Adobe Sign license, and the Pro license was removed.
