1. COMPUTER POWER: TURN COMPUTER ON/OFF BY PRESSING BUTTON LOCATED ON LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF PC.

2. PROJECTOR: USE CONTROLLER TO SELECT FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:

POWER ON/OFF
SELECT SOURCE
ADJUST VOLUME
MUTE AUDIO /VIDEO

*NOTE: WAIT FOR POWER BUTTONS TO STOP FLASHING BEFORE PUSHING ANOTHER FUNCTION

*USE HDMI CABLE ON PODIUM TO CONNECT YOUR DEVICE & SELECT LAPTOP TO PROJECT

DOC CAM & TROUBLESHOOTING ON REVERSE SIDE

Ladibug Document Camera

Double click the RED Ladibug icon located on the desktop
Click the power icon on the upper left side of the black box
Click on the expand button top right corner of black box
NOTE: IMAGE WILL APPEAR WHEN BLUE LIGHT ON DOCUMENT CAMERA STOPS FLASHING
Power down the camera in the reverse order

PROJECT MENU/ TROUBLESHOOTING

There are four options available when displaying the computer to your class:

PC SCREEN ONLY: picture shows on computer only
DUPLICATE: same picture on computer & projector
EXTEND: different computer / projector images *
SECOND SCREEN: picture shows on projector only

To access these options, press and hold the WINDOWS key followed by the P key and RELEASE:

A “PROJECT” menu will appear on the right side of the screen like the one below:

Click on the option you want, press enter, and click on another part of the screen to make the menu disappear.

*Note: The computer automatically goes into the EXTEND mode when showing a POWER POINT presentation. This feature is for displaying the upcoming slide and notes to the presenter and not the audience.
